ΜμΜμ³ΤΉΟ, OHIO β Steve Giralt, founder of media production company The Garage, will be the featured speaker for the Spring 2025 Michael D. Solomon Entrepreneurship Speaker Series at ΜμΜμ³ΤΉΟ Stateβs Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship on February 25 and February 26, 2025.
On February 25, Giralt will speak from 7-8:30 p.m. on βThe Art of Adaptation: Passion and Innovation in Running a Creative Business.β A reception will follow in the Crawford Hall atrium.
On February 26, Giralt will speak from 6-7:30 p.m. on βBehind the Scenes: The Art and Science of Creating Innovative Creative Content at The Garage.β
Both events will take place in the Global Forum (Crawford Hall Room 330) in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
Giralt is a photographer turned videographer who merged his love of robotics to create The Garage, a technologically driven, visual innovation production company. The Michael D. Solomon Entrepreneurship Speaker Series brings experienced entrepreneurs and educators to campus each semester to share professional insights and wisdom with students and community members. This endowed program is supported by ΜμΜμ³ΤΉΟ State Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship alumnus Michael D. Solomon. The series held its first lecture in May 2008 and has annually brought leading entrepreneurs to campus to share their stories with students, faculty and the community. The Michael D. Solomon Speaker Series is presented by the John S. and Marlene J. Brinzo Center for Entrepreneurship.
