This program is brought you by the Division of People, Culture, and Belonging (DPCB), Center for Pan-African Culture (CPAC), College of Arts & Sciences (CAS), and College of Education, Health, and Human Services (EHHS), and is a part of the university's Black History Month celebration.聽All students, faculty, and staff are welcomed and encouraged to participate in an engaged discussion and professional panel about the importance of maintaining good mental and physical health. The panel will feature two KSU alum guest speakers; a nutritionist/physical trainer who will focus on physical health recommendations and the other a professional mental health practitioner and yoga instructor who will focus on beneficial mental health practices and recommendations. The panel will be followed by a trauma-informed yoga session centered on restoration and realigning your mind, body, and spirit. No yoga experience is needed, and all are welcome. Yoga mats will be provided if needed, and you are welcome to bring your own. Registration is required for this event.
