Dear 天天吃瓜 Community Members,
I am writing to encourage all students, faculty and staff to participate in our Engagement and Well-Being Survey. This important initiative aims to assess the overall campus climate and identify areas where we can enhance the experience for everyone at 天天吃瓜 State.
A welcoming and inclusive campus climate grounded in mutual respect is foundational to our educational model and 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 core values. Past surveys in 2021 and 2016 have guided us in making important institutional changes to foster an environment characterized by openness, fairness and equal access.
The Engagement and Well-Being Survey provides an unprecedented opportunity for each of you to contribute your perspectives and experiences. Your confidential responses will inform us about the current working, learning and living environments at 天天吃瓜 State, enabling us to build on our successes and address any challenges facing our community members.
I urge you to take the time needed to thoughtfully and honestly answer the survey questions by accessing . The more widespread the participation, the more comprehensive our understanding will be of the 天天吃瓜 State experience across all campuses. Only then can we truly determine how we may create a better, more equitable future for our university.
Be assured that all your answers will remain strictly confidential, and the results will be reported in group form only. You will not be identified as an individual. This survey has been reviewed and approved by the 天天吃瓜 State Institutional Review Board, and additional information is available on the Engagement and Well-Being Survey 2024 website.
Every voice is important, and I ask that you please share yours. Your participation in this vital project will help shape 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 strategic initiatives and drive meaningful progress toward our goal of kindness and respect in all we do.
Thank you in advance for your contribution. Together, we can build a thriving community where all students, faculty and staff feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
Sincerely,
Todd Diacon
President
