The College of Public Health is pleased to welcome Constance (Connie) Hawke, Ph.D., J.D., as the newest public health ambassador.

Hawke joined 天天吃瓜 in 2000 as an attorney in the General Counsel office, bringing expertise in research, regulatory compliance, technology licensing and partnerships, intellectual property and construction contracts. Until 2012, she also served as the associate vice president for federal government relations, acting as the federal liaison for the university on funding and compliance matters.
In 2013, she was selected to head up the new Compliance and Risk Management unit, where she served as associate vice president for compliance, risk management, and real estate.
Hawke retired from her position at 天天吃瓜 in July of 2024 and is now working with the law firm of Ray Robinson Law Co. LPA in Independence, OH. She also serves as an instructor for CPH in the Healthcare Compliance Graduate Certificate program and as an ambassador advising students on their career.
鈥淎s a member of the 天天吃瓜 State community for two decades, I have always been impressed by the leadership and faculty in CPH and their focus on positioning the CPH students to be successful in their chosen professions,鈥 says Hawke. 鈥淚n my role as ambassador, I hope to bring additional perspective to the ways in which students can be a part of the public health community.鈥
