Dear Spring Graduates: 

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. Commencements will be held for all degrees on the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus May 8-10 and May 16, 2025. Each graduate who RSVP's to attend commencement will be allocated 6 guest tickets, cross the stage, and have their name announced. Ceremony times are forthcoming in March following the conclusion of the graduate RSVP. Check back for additional details to be posted after the start of the Spring semester.

RSVP FOR COMMENCEMENT: January 23 - February 28

  1. Log into 
  2. Click on the Student Tab
  3. Under Resources, select Graduation
  4. Click RSVP for the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus Commencement Ceremony
  5. Select Spring 2025 term
  6. Follow the prompts to answer additional questions. 
    • Please note: the phonetic spelling of your name is used to help the announcer pronounce your name for Commencement.
    • You will receive a confirmation of your RSVP selections when the form has been submitted.

Don't forget to review your diploma mailing address in FlashLine! If it is incorrect, please update to ensure you receive your diploma.

CAP AND GOWN

  • Grad Fair will take place at the University Bookstore at the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Campus Student Center. Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos. Josten's will be available to assist with purchasing your announcements, class rings, and more!
    • Saturday, March 22 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    • Monday, March 24 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • Tuesday, March 25 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Unable to attend Grad Fair? Visit the University Bookstore during normal business hours or  by March 28.
    • The deadline for Doctoral regalia purchases is March 14, and the deadline for Doctoral rentals is March 28.
