Providence University, Taiwan - ISEP
is located in the city of Taichung, Taiwan. Providence University offers courses in foreign languages and literature, humanities and social sciences, physical sciences and mathematics, management, computing and informatics, computer science and information management, and service learning development. Students have the option of taking either Mandarin language classes alongside their English-taught electives, or devote their time to an intensive Mandarin language curriculum.
Over 85 student clubs and organizations sponsor a wide-range of extracurricular activities. The office of international affairs organizes regular student parties, outings, cultural trips and other fun activities. Providence University also provides numerous sporting and physical fitness opportunities. Exchange students also have access to International Corner, an informal, friendly environment where one can make new international friends, find academic partners, and learn about the diverse cultures, traditions and customs of other countries. Incoming students can also take part in the International Friendship Buddy program. This buddy program facilitates international students鈥 initial contact with Taiwanese students and helps them adjust to life in new a cultural environment.

This study abroad experience is run through the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP), a network of over 250 institutions in over 50 countries. 天天吃瓜 and ISEP have had a partnership for over 10 years. This partnership allows KSU students to apply to any of their programs.
