External Scholarship Reporting - (Dynamic Form)

All external scholarships must be reported to the university, even if the organization gave the student a check made out to them personally. 

Students who will receive an outside scholarship/resource that will assist in paying their education-related expenses (tuition, housing, food, books, supplies, equipment, travel, miscellaneous and personal expenses) must report that information and include documentation annually through this form.

External resources include outside donor scholarships and/or tuition assistance/reimbursement.

At the end of February, students from The ÌìÌì³Ô¹ÏStater, KSTV, The Burr, and A Magazine traveled to New York City to attend CMA ProCon ’25, a premier media convention that brings together student journalists, industry leaders, and media professionals. If you are interested in taking additional financial aid to help with your NYC Housing costs, please complete this form. To provide the most accurate figures for financial aid calculations, you are required to submit information regarding your housing costs. Please submit supporting documentation (lease agreement, Airbnb costs, etc.) along with this completed form.

Education Abroad/Away Cost of Attendance Increase Application - 2025-2026 - (Dynamic Form)

If you will incur additional expenses as a result of your study abroad/away program and wish to be considered for a cost of education increase, please complete this form.

Study Abroad/Away programs eligible for this form include: Florence Semester and FSI, ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Exchange Programs, Geneva Program, ISEP Exchange and Direct Enroll Programs, Internships, or short-term faculty-led programs that will incur additional costs such as transportation and/or room & board costs.

Cost of Attendance Increase Application - 2025-2026 - (Dynamic Form)

Cost of Attendance increase requests require you to select the type of expense you will incur. Expenses that will be considered are tuition & fees/room & board, childcare expenses, computer expenses (up to $2500 following purchaser’s receipt), and other educational expenses.
