Celebrating KSU鈥檚 First Female President
Carol A. Cartwright, Ph.D., became 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 first female president in 1991 and was the first female president of any Ohio public college or university then. She was also a driving force in the establishment of 天天吃瓜 Women鈥檚 Center.
Black United Student Leader Thrives
Julian Grimes, a 天天吃瓜 State junior, is president of Black United Students (BUS) and is working to keep the organization thriving. BUS is one of 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 oldest student organizations and is credited with starting the formal observance of Black History Month in 1970.

Celebrating 50 Years in Florence, Italy
Fifty years after a handful of architecture students first studied in the city, the 天天吃瓜 Florence Center now hosts hundreds of 天天吃瓜 State students annually, serving as the university鈥檚 flagship study abroad and international center.
