ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State’s Lamar R. Hylton Named Recipient of Four Prestigious Local and National Awards
Lamar R. Hylton, Ph.D., ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï’s senior vice president for student affairs, has been named the recipient of the NASPA (Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education) Region IV-East Scott Goodnight Award for Outstanding Senior Student Affairs Officer for 2021, named to Crain’s Cleveland Business Forty Under 40, selected as a recipient of the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) Diamond Honoree award and is a member of the 2022 class of the NASPA Pillars of the Profession award.

ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Again Named One of the Nation’s Most LGBTQ-Friendly Colleges and Universities by Campus Pride
Campus Pride has released its 2021 Best of the Best LGBTQ-Friendly Colleges and Universities list, and for the second time in two years, ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï has landed on it. ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State is the only Ohio public university to make the 2021 list, and it again is the only school in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) to receive this recognition.
