As we head into the last weeks of the Fall 2021 semester, I鈥檓 wondering a lot about what 鈥渘ormal鈥 is going to look like in the months ahead. Since the collapse of the USSR in the 1990s, Russia has launched several misinformation campaigns to regain lost satellite countries, specifically in the Baltic regions.
