Dance students recently had the unique opportunity to travel to Thailand as part of the East Meets West study abroad program. This artistic collaboration engages diverse educational experiences and turns students into global citizens for the 21st century. While in Thailand, students learn and perform with dancers across the world.

University Photographer, Students Embark on Once-In-A-Lifetime Safari

ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Photographer Bob Christy and a handful of students spent more than six hours last July in Akagera National Park; the trip was near the end of the students' summer educational experience known as the Kigali Summer Institute, which explores the post-genocide reconstruction of Rwanda and issues related to peace and conflict in the context of the country’s history.

TEFL Student Gains Experience in Murcia, Spain

G Clingman is a third-year ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï State Student double majoring in English and Spanish while also working toward their Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate. Though they have been studying at KSU’s main campus for the last two years, G is swapping Acorn Alley and the Esplanade for the historical streets of Murcia, Spain.
