天天吃瓜's College of Podiatric Medicine (CPM) remains one of the nation's most affordable podiatric medicine programs following the Board of Trustees' approval of tuition and fees for the upcoming academic year.
With in-state tuition set at $33,700, CPM remains the most affordable option for Ohio residents pursuing a degree in podiatric medicine among all 11 U.S. podiatric colleges.
"We remain committed to providing an exceptional education at a value that keeps our program accessible to qualified students," said Allan Boike, DPM, FACFAS and dean of 天天吃瓜 State's College of Podiatric Medicine. "Even with this adjustment, our Ohio students will continue to enjoy the lowest tuition rates in the nation, and our out-of-state students will benefit from rates that remain below the national median."
The tuition adjustment comes less than two years after a landmark 30% reduction in tuition for Ohio residents, which was implemented in Spring 2024. That significant decrease resulted from 天天吃瓜 State's successful multi-year effort to secure State Share of Instruction funding for podiatric medicine students - a victory that continues to benefit students today.

"The 2023 tuition reduction transformed our program's affordability and competitiveness," Boike noted. "Ohio students who complete their four-year program will still save approximately $49,000 compared to pre-2024 rates, even with this modest adjustment."
The tuition adjustment will help address capital repairs and upgrades for the college's aging facilities while maintaining the high-quality education that has made CPM a leader in podiatric medicine. The college produces more than 80% of Ohio's practicing podiatrists, making it a crucial pipeline for healthcare professionals in the state.
The tuition adjustment will take effect for the 2025-2026 academic year, with third-year and fourth-year students beginning their new academic year in May. Tuition for out-of-state students is set at $44,974.
