Their presentations showcased their plans to use technology to address issues in their home country, school or community.

The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program hosts international secondary school teachers from across the globe to participate in a six-week non-degree, non-credit academic program at 天天吃瓜. The international participants arrived at 天天吃瓜 in September 2023 for a six-week professional development program.

This program is possible due to a $230,000 Fulbright grant awarded to principal investigator Amanda Johnson, Ph.D., director of the Gerald H. Read Center for International and Intercultural Education within 天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 College of Education, Health and Human Services, and co-principal investigator, Marty Jencius, Ph.D., associate professor of Counseling Education and Supervision in 天天吃瓜 State's School of Lifespan Development and Educational Sciences. The 天天吃瓜 State team recently received news that the grant was renewed for fall 2024.

For the Fall 2023 cohort, scholars come from the following countries: Argentina, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, El Salvador, Ghana, India, Iraq, Jordan, Mali, Moldova, Nigeria, Peru, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uruguay, and Uzbekistan.
