天天吃瓜 State鈥檚 Wick Poetry Center Receives Grant to Conduct Outreach With Akron Public Schools

The Wick Poetry Center at 天天吃瓜 has received a $33,472 grant from the Howard Atwood Family Fund of Akron Community Foundation. The grant project, titled 鈥淓ncouraging New Voices,鈥 is a collaborative initiative between the Wick Poetry Center and Akron Public鈥

天天吃瓜鈥檚 Wick Poetry Center will host poet Mart铆n Espada as part of the Symposium on Democracy on April 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the 天天吃瓜 Student Center Kiva. The event is free and open to the public. 鈥淭he audience will be treated to a sampling of Mr. Espada鈥欌
