Mobile Command and Control Center

The Censys Systems Mobile Command and Control Center (MCCC) provides a mobile facility for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operation of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) where the pilot is no longer able to observe the aircraft with the naked eye. This is achieved through the integration of advanced technologies such as cellular command and control (C2), sophisticated logic, and robust collision-avoidance systems

Professor Stephanie Fussel and Professor Jason Lorenzon pose inside the Mobile Command and Control Center in front of a bank of computer screens and wall-mounted steel storage cabinets.

The CCC includes redundant computer and power systems with extended communications capabilities in order to ensure safe and controlled flight.
