Fatih Cetinkaya, a guest professor from Duzce University in Turkey, recently gave an Aggarwal-Blackburn Visiting Scholar Presentation at the College of Education, Health and Human Services.

Twenty-one Fulbright TEA educators participated in a day-long series of live-streamed presentations to demonstrate how they will leverage technology to solve real-world problems and enhance learning within their school or community.

A group of 21 secondary school teachers from 20 different countries is spending six weeks at ����Թ� as part of a Fulbright professional development program for foreign educators.  

For the past month, ����Թ� has hosted 37 international graduate students as part of the Fulbright Pre-Academic Program, a monthlong immersion in American higher education and culture. The group, from 26 countries, arrived on the ����Թ� Campus on July 21 and was scheduled to depart on Aug. 17 to begin their graduate programs at universities throughout the country.  

A professor from Chonnam National University in Gwangju, South Korea, said his recent visit to ����Թ� enabled him to experience his research into the May 4, 1970, ����Թ� State shootings in a whole new way.

The Read Center has been actively sharing its educational expertise in collaboration with former Fulbright alumni and their education communities in Ukraine and Nigeria, igniting a vibrant exchange of knowledge and learning opportunities.

����Թ� is hosting 39 international graduate students for the Fulbright Pre-Academic Program, a monthlong immersion in American higher education and culture. 

Barbara J. Wien, a senior professorial lecturer in the School of International Service at American University in Washington, D.C., where she teaches alternatives to war and violence, was fresh out of college when she made her first visit to what was then, ����Թ�’s Center for Peaceful Change. She was both a keynote workshop presenter and an active participant in the ����Թ� State-sponsored conference, “Peace Education in an Era of Crisis,” which took place July 11-13 in Kigali.
