New York couturière designer Pauline Trigère, whose career spanned more than five decades, left behind a legacy of fashion innovation meticulously preserved in volumes of sketchbooks and press clippings. Those volumes have had a home at ����Թ� Libraries since 1993 and soon will be accessible to everyone.

Mandalynn Slupek won first place in ����Թ� State's Three Minute Thesis competition on Oct. 3 when she presented “Getting the NAC of Being Drug Free,” research on how the supplement NAC or N-acetyl cysteine can be used in the fight against addiction.

The transition can even be more difficult for LGBTQ+ students, particularly for those who have recently "come out." Ken Ditlevson, director of ����Թ� State's LGBTQ+ Center, talks about the many resources available at ����Թ� to support them.

Longtime Newsroom Executive Mizell Stewart Joins MDJ as Professional-in-Residence

����Թ� State’s School of Media and Journalism (MDJ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mizell Stewart III as professional-in-residence.

Earlier this year, Stewart served as the keynote speaker for MDJ’s annual David and Janet Dix Lecture in Media Ethics. Previously, he was the Vice President of News Performance, Talent & Partnerships for Gannett and the USA TODAY Network. Stewart will serve both Student Media and MDJ in his role as professional-in-residence.
